Privacy Policy

1. The short version

• You can take any self-test on this site without giving us your name, your email address, or any other identifying detail.
• We only ask for an email address if you choose to buy a report — so that we can send it to you.
• We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Your test answers and email are deleted from our server automatically after 30 days.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use your test answers for advertising.

Order records — which contain your answers, your score, and your email address — and the generated report PDF are deleted automatically from our server 30 days after they are created. After that we cannot retrieve or re-send your report, so please save the PDF when you receive it.

Stripe keeps its own record of the payment (amount, date, and the email you entered) for as long as it is required to by financial and tax regulations. That record is held by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy policy, and it does not contain your test answers.

4. Who your information is shared with

We share information only where it is necessary to run the service:

• Stripe, Inc. — processes the payment and receives your email address for the receipt.
• Our web host — stores the site and the order records described above.
• Email delivery — the report is emailed to the address you supplied.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not send marketing email to addresses collected through the self-tests unless you separately ask us to.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or where disclosure is necessary to protect someone from serious harm.

5. Self-tests are not clinical records

The self-tests on this site are educational screening questionnaires. Taking one does not create a clinician–patient relationship with Insight Inc, and the answers you give are not added to a clinical file. If you later become a client of the practice, your clinical records are handled separately and are protected by the confidentiality rules that apply to treatment.

6. Your choices

• Take a test anonymously. You are never required to buy a report or give an email address to see your score.
• Ask us to delete your data. Email support@insightinc.us and we will delete your order record. It will in any case be deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Ask what we hold. Email us and we will tell you what is stored against your order.

7. Children

These self-tests and the reports are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Order records are stored outside the publicly reachable part of the website and are not accessible over the web. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and never touches our server. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
